very close to train station but thankfully quiet w double windows. perfect for family of 5 . creepy graveyard surround rooms. we were not bothered but other people might be so it probably sb disclosed that view from rooms are of graveyard. walk to castle and palace about 20 minute walk. location close to mall but crowded. spacious and we didn’t hear neighbors so sleep was good unless hot

Great stay at Princes Street Suites. Friendly and approachable staff. The small cafe at the entrance is charming and we appreciated the options for light food and drinks. The location is perfect in my opinion. Close enough to get to attractions, but far enough away to distance yourself from the crowds. Rooftop terrace offers fantastic views. Easy walk to Calton Hill and the Hop on Hop off bus is right outside the door!

This hotel was great. There is a little restaurant by reception to get coffee and drinks. It looks like they are trying to. b build up their snack selection. The views from the roof deck were outstanding. We were impressed by that. The apartments we had (we had two for our family) were spacious and well-appointed. You could cook meals there if you wanted. The location was good. The only drawback was being right behind a busy bus stop.

Staff were wonderful. Received several emails before arriving with various options of transport from the airport, very clear and precise instructions, as first time visitors to the northern hemisphere it just made everything so much easier. Thank you. Wonderful location, although no restaurant there is a room service option. The housekeeping were wonderful making up the bed and tidying each day. Would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone. The roof terrace was great, though a bit windy at time. The apartment was spacious. We would definitely return..

The apartment was spacious and tastefully decorated. Location was perfect walking distance to central Edinburgh. The roof top terrace was a bonus with panoramic views. Staff were welcoming and accommodating.

The hotel is conveniently located near to the centre. The apartment seemed bigger and more spacious than expected. Views were great. Layout of rooms was great. I was definitely impressed with it and pleased with the choice. The staff helped with an issue I had, as my daughter did not want to share a room, I asked for extra bedding to sleep on the sofa. They were friendly and helpful to find a solution, and quick to bring the extra bedding I needed. Tea, coffee, and proper milk was provided, along with the nicest biscuits :) Deposit was refunded the same day! Very helpful. Overall I would return and stay here, I would also recommend for families to stay here too.

There was a kitchen with tea and milk, kettle, large downstairs sitting room for the ground floor 1bdm with 2 bathrooms, lift & rooftop viewing area, washing machine. Clean facilities. Friendly staff. Good location to tram for airport return. They accommodated us by changing our room to one 1 bdm with washing machine. Nice lounge area with bar in lobby. Good value.

Wonderful apartment with an excellent view. Highly convenient location, close to the train and many attractions, shopping, and dining locations. Despite all of the action nearby, it was quiet at night which ensured a good nights sleep. The two bedroom apartment had plenty of space for me, my wife, and our 17 year old. Highly recommended for travelers with kids. The kitchen was a nice benefit, though we did not use it very often. Our apartment did not have a washing machine, perhaps one of the few. The bathroom was spacious as hotel bathrooms go and the water was plenty hot for showers. Towels were soft.
